DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. It is a printing method where a design is printed onto a special film. You can then transfer this design onto a garment (like a T-shirt, hoodie, or hat) using a heat press.

At Florida DTF Factory, our transfers are designed to work on almost any fabric—including cotton, polyester, and blends—without needing any pretreatment or weeding. They are durable, stretchy, and vibrant! ✨

A Gang Sheet allows you to print multiple designs on a single, long roll of film instead of printing them individually. This is the most cost-effective way to order if you need many prints.

At Florida DTF Factory, our gang sheets are 22 inches wide. You can arrange as many different designs of various sizes as will fit within that 22-inch width and your chosen length. You simply cut them apart when you receive them! ✂️

Our pricing starts at only $7. The final cost depends on the total length of the sheet you select. Since the length is variable, you can choose the exact size that fits your project needs and budget! 💸

At Florida DTF Factory, we pride ourselves on speed! We currently print and ship out your orders by 7:00 PM of the next business day.

If you are local and prefer to pick up your order, it will be ready by 5:00 PM (or earlier) on the scheduled day. ⏱️

We offer several UPS shipping options to suit your timeline. Here are the standard delivery times:

Please note that the insurance company requires photos and documentation of the damage, so be sure to send those to us so we can process the claim.

We will reship your order using the same shipping speed as the original. If you need the replacement faster, you will just need to cover the cost difference for the upgraded shipping speed. 📦

For the best results, DTF transfers require even temperature and pressure across the entire design. An iron often applies unequal pressure and heat, which can cause the transfer to look low quality or fail to adhere properly. To ensure a professional finish, we strongly recommend using a heat press. 🔥

You can cancel your orderas long as it’s before our daily cut-off timefor processing and printing. After the cut-off time, your order may already be in production andcan no longer be canceled or changed. If you need to cancel, please contact usas soon as possiblewith your order number.

Because every order is custom printed specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges.

Since these items are made-to-order based on your specific files and requirements, we are unable to accept returns or swap them for other items. Thank you for understanding! 🚫👕

If you receive prints that are blurry, misaligned, peeling, or otherwise defective, we’ve got you covered. While DTF is still a relatively new technology, and occasional print issues can happen, we fully stand behind our work and will replace any bad prints.
