Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
DTF transfers are made to order, so processing times may vary during high-volume periods. If we are experiencing a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines begin after the order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Florida DTF Factory is not responsible for:

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
DTF Product Notice
DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are fragile print products and must be handled with care upon arrival.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:

Improper storage after delivery

Heat exposure

Moisture or mishandling
Holiday & High-Volume Periods
During holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
