Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

The item must be in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of custom DTF prints, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Custom or made-to-order DTF transfers

Items damaged due to improper pressing, temperature, pressure, or application errors

Gift cards
-
Downloadable or digital products
-
Health or personal care items (if applicable)
⚠️ DTF prints are considered final sale unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Returns Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only in the following situations:

Items arrived damaged or defective

Items received are incorrect (wrong size, design, or quantity due to our error)
We do not accept returns for:

User error during pressing
-
Color variations due to screen vs print differences

Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require:

A receipt or order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue (for defective/damaged claims)
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds typically take 15 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return (if applicable)
If the item was not marked as a gift:
